Sunrise Manpower was first established in 2016 (under a different name) to provide crew manning services to domestic and foreign ship-owners and shipping agency services. Our company has been certified Quality Management System by Vietnam Certification Body ISO 9001:2015 number VCB 220310B-QMS. Under the new name Sunrise Manpower Co., Ltd the company began operations in 2021 in new modern offices hold license of overseas labour number 379/LĐTBXH-GP approval by DOLAB and MLC 2006 approval Seafarers Recruitment and Placement Service Providers by Vietnam Maritime Administration and Certifying Quality Management System by Vietnam Certification Body - SRPSP number 25/GXN-HHĐTPB(CL), with the mission to source highly-skilled Vietnamese crew to a diversified fleet of dry bulk, tanker, container and general cargo ships. As of today, Sunrise Manpower has provided around 200 officers and ratings to some of the world's most recognizable conventional vessels of Vietnam, China, Singapore, Korea, Japanese, Taiwan, India, UAE and European ship-owner. Sunrise Manpower strongly focuses on training, recruitment and supply of qualified seafarers. Our office team constantly strives to build on the acquired knowledge and capabilities, thus allowing Sunrise Manpower to provide a seamless service to its Principals.
